when customers ask AI for a plumber, a competitor comes up — not you

Every metric comes from public Google data and live AI-assistant checks for your listing and nearby businesses.

Never remember to ask for a review again.

If you email invoices with QuickBooks, you already have everything EarnedEcho needs — every invoice becomes an honest review request that goes out on its own the next day. The only button is "cancel."

1

Add one BCC address

Paste our private address into your QuickBooks invoice settings. No account connection, no passwords.

~2 minutes, once
2

Nothing to remember

When you invoice a customer, the review request queues itself and goes out the next day. Deposit invoice or unfinished job? One tap cancels it before it sends.

Automatic — you can always cancel
3

We ask — the right way

Your customer gets a short, polite review request with your name on it, timed while the work is still fresh. One gentle follow-up, then we stop.

By Google's rules

Founding 20: first 2 months free.

We're onboarding our first 20 businesses by hand — we set up the BCC with you, tune your request wording, and you pay nothing for 2 months. Cancel anytime, no contracts.

Typical review software

  • Connect your accounting account with full access
  • Upload customer lists by hand
  • Another dashboard to log into every day
  • $75–$400 a month

EarnedEcho

  • One BCC address — we only ever see invoice emails
  • Customers detected automatically from mail you already send
  • Requests go out on their own — you get a 24-hour window to cancel any send
  • $29/mo standard — founding members lock $19/mo

Growth that won't get you fined

Paying or rewarding customers for reviews is against Google's policy — and the FTC can fine businesses per incentivized review. EarnedEcho is built so the safe way is the only way.

No incentives, everOur templates physically can't offer discounts or gifts for reviews.
No gatingEvery customer gets asked — we never filter out unhappy ones. (That's the part that gets businesses in trouble.)
Consent & opt-out built inEvery request has one-click unsubscribe, and we keep the records.
Respectful by defaultBusiness hours only, capped follow-ups, 90-day re-ask cooldown.

Asking works. Most businesses just never do it.

65%

of customers who are asked go on to leave a review.

Fair questions

Is the report really free?

Yes. It's built from public Google data, it costs us pennies to run, and it's how we introduce ourselves. No card, no account, and you can ignore us afterward.

Is this against Google's rules?

No — asking customers for reviews is explicitly allowed. What's banned is paying for reviews, filtering out unhappy customers, or collecting reviews on a device in your shop. EarnedEcho doesn't do any of those, and won't let you either.

Do you need my QuickBooks login?

No. We never connect to your accounting software. You add one BCC address to your invoice settings, and the only thing we ever see is the invoice emails you already send.

What if the job got cancelled or the customer never paid?

Nothing goes out without you. Each new customer shows up as a one-tap confirmation — skip it and no request is ever sent.

What do I need to use EarnedEcho?

Right now: QuickBooks Online (or any invoicing tool that supports a default BCC). Jobber and Housecall Pro support is on the founding-member roadmap.

Start with the free report. It takes 60 seconds.

Worst case, you learn exactly where you stand. Best case, you never think about reviews again.
